The following piece, "101 Ways to Make Love" appeared in Evergreen Review No. 53, February 1969. Tuli Kupferberg passed away July 12, 2010 at the age of 80. A cofounder of the proto-punk band the Fugs, and significant part of the history of underground press and bohemian life in general, Kupferberg remains a beloved member of the New York art and underground community. We enjoy this piece for its lyrical strength, great sense of humor, and eye-popping archival collection.
