WELCOME TO THE EVERGREEN REVIEW WEBSITE
(CURRENTLY UNDER CONSTRUCTION)

Welcome to the home of the new Evergreen Review. After 25 years of dormancy, the magazine that Newsweek called "one of the most important literary periodicals in the United States... where some of our best authors sought to deliver themselves, alive and burning, onto the printed page" has returned - this time in cyber-space!

While Evergreen brought together voices, ideas and images from around the world in its initial run from 1957-1973, the rebirth of the magazine on-line will take the voyage even further. Texts will be accompanied by music, artwork, animation, photographs and sound bites that will enrich and enliven them for a new generation.
